Refund policy
Adora Silk accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt if you are not happy with the purchase in any way.Â
Returns & Refunds
Items will be eligible for a return if they are unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and in the original packaging, with a proof of purchase provided. Once the return is accepted, a refund will be processed into the original payment method within 7 days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Items will be eligible for an exchange if they are unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and in the original packaging, with a proof of purchase provided. Once the return is accepted, we will arrange a replacement order for you. A $10 restocking fee will be applied.

- No return or exchange can be provided after 30 days of receipt.Â
- Sale items are considered as final sales, and will not be eligible for return or exchange.Â
- In circumstances if returned item is used, soiled, damaged or not in original packaging, we will not offer a refund or exchange. These items will be returned to the customer.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning and resending the item (unless product was defective or incorrect).
- It is suggested that you send your returning items through a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for product lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received items that are damaged or incorrect from your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@adorasilk.com.au. We will advise the quickest way to replace the item for you.
